My Poetry
...well, some I wouldn't mind to post here, I probably have enough for a book.

"The Fallen Star," Richard M. Wolff
On one clear Autumn Night
I wished upon the brightest star in the sky
I knew at once that it was not the North Star
For after my wish, it fell
With that star on my mind
I continued on my path
And thought, "Is this good luck or bad?"
And decided that it must be good
Because now noone else
Can use that star to wish upon
As I had

"In the Air," Richard M. Wolff
Is it something in the air I feel?
Is there a way out of here?
This maze we weave is hard to get through
This sorrow we share is an unlikely bond
Is it something in the air I feel?
Is it you coming to me on a breeze?
A chill escapes me
I try to catch my breath

"If You Knew," Richard M. Wolff
Looking at you through a pane of glass
"You seem so happy" is what I think
Giggling, Talking, Smiling at everyone
I wish that everyone was me
Staring back into your beautiful eyes
This barrier clouds my view
If only you knew how I feel
If only you knew

"Disposable," Richard M. Wolff
We are more like pawns
Than like rooks or knights
On life's little chessboard
We are the disposable heroes
Thrown into the fray one by one
Some of us emerge later
Almost like a second birth
Some of us are gone in a blink or two
Rarely do we start out with power
Rarely are we looked upon
As having any substance
